RadCon runs on the energy, enthusiasm, and hard work of our volunteers. Every panel that runs smoothly, every artist who finds their table, every attendee who gets pointed in the right direction. That’s a volunteer making it happen. If you’ve got time to give and a love for what RadCon is all about, we want you on our team.
What Do Volunteers Do?
The simpler question might be: what DON’T volunteers do? It starts way before people begin planning their costumes or their weekend lineup of events. It starts in the early morning hours when some con-goers are just laying their heads down for the requisite three hours of rest. And it goes late into the night, doing the things that many people don’t even realize need to be done. It’s the unglamorous stuff that creates the ties that bind, forming a family of experience that brings many people back year after year.
