RadCon’s vendor community is one of the things that makes this convention special. From the Dealers Hall to Artist Alley and down the Annex, our vendors are part of what makes RadCon worth showing up for. Here’s what you need to know.
Timeline 2026-2027
- End of September – Vendor Applications open
- October – Return Vendor Invoicing and New Application Reviews begin
- November 30 – Application Deadline (pending space availability)
- January 14 – Payment Submission Deadline

Dealer’s Hall

Need electricity? A connection in the Dealers Hall is available for an additional $15. Please note this need when submitting your application. Table length is 6 feet. Tables and chairs are included in costs. If you do not require use of them in your vendor space, please notify us on your application so we can set the space accordingly.
Vendor’s Annex

Please note that the Vendor’s Annex requires a separate room reservation through the Red Lion Hotel. The room reservation is required for a minimum of Friday through Sunday. While the convention runs through close of business on Sunday (6pm), vendor’s in the annex may choose to check out by 11am Sunday. This will not reduce their vendor rate but will also not add a penalty. The contract includes removal of one bed and one table. Any additional furniture removal should be arranged by the vendor with the hotel after confirmation of vendor status. Upon approval as vendor in Annex, the hotel will contact the vendor for further room confirmation.

Fan Tables are available to nonprofits, other conventions, and fan groups at no cost. Tables must be manned during standard Dealers Hall hours.
