RadCon’s vendor community is one of the things that makes this convention special. From the Dealers Hall to Artist Alley and down the Annex, our vendors are part of what makes RadCon worth showing up for. Here’s what you need to know.
Timeline 2026-2027
- Mid to Late August — Return vendors will receive email invitations with application links
- September — New vendor applications open
- November 15 — Application deadline (pending space availability)

Dealer’s Hall

Need electricity? A connection in the Dealers Hall is available for an additional $15. Please note this when submitting your application.

Please note: The Vendors Annex requires a separate room reservation through the Red Lion Hotel. This reservation is the vendor’s responsibility and should only be made after confirmation of acceptance as a vendor for the 2027 convention. Any additional needs must be communicated directly to the hotel and should be reconfirmed as the convention nears. RadCon’s Dealers Liaison is not able to make hotel arrangements on your behalf.

Fan Tables are available to nonprofits, other conventions, and fan groups at no cost. Tables must be manned during standard Dealers Hall hours.
