Guests of Honor

RadCon 2027 is bringing some incredible talent to Pasco this February. We’re still gathering all the details — bios, photos, and links to their work are on their way. Check back soon for the full picture.

COMING TO RADCON 2027

Steven K. Smith

Steven K. Smith – better known as SKSProps – builds the kind of things that make you stop and ask “Wait, is that real?” An award-winning prop maker, costume artist, and illustrator, Smith works directly with major game studios including Gearbox, 2K Games, EA, BioWare, Bungie, and Microsoft.
He has also developed his own line of HD foam materials that prop makers and cosplayers around the world use to bring their builds to life. Whether crafting fine art or a screen-ready replica, the standard is always the same: professional grade, no exceptions.

Brittany Otto

Brittany Otto makes art from paper, light, and what she calls dreams. Based in Seattle, she’s the creator of Oneiroframes – intricate, hand-cut shadow box sculptures where layered paper and backlighting combine to build worlds that literally shine brightest in the dark. Every line is cut by hand with a blade. Every piece is its own portal. Her work draws from fantasy, biology, and an unflinching honesty about mental health – and the result is something that stops people cold. Come see why.

Dr. Corey Frazier

Dr. Corey Frazier has spent over 20 years doing the kind of work most of us only read about in science fiction. As a NASA Space Shuttle engineer he participated in 13 successful missions, including the final voyage to the Hubble Space Telescope. He then went on to lead the cooling architecture for the Aurora Supercomputer, currently the fastest AI system on the planet.
Frazier now drives technology equity, STEAM education, and AI strategy on a global scale. Most recently, he was named the 2025–2026 Distinguished Engineer of the Year by the National Society of Black Engineers. In short: if anyone at RadCon knows what the future actually looks like, it’s him.

RETURNING SPECIAL GUESTS

Alexander James Adams

RadCon is pleased to welcome back Alexander James Adams – the Faerietale Minstrel. A Pegasus Award-winning musician, songwriter, and filker, Adams weaves together music, literature, art, and what he simply calls magic into something that defies easy description. Singer. Storyteller. Fiddler. Bard. Whatever you call him, a room changes when he starts to play.

Rob Carlos

Rob Carlos is a fantasy illustrator and muralist based in the Pacific Northwest with a specialty that speaks for itself; dragons, warriors, fairies, and worlds that feel like they were pulled straight from your favorite story. If his work seems familiar, don’t be surprised. Carlos is the illustrator for the Robert Jordan Wheel of Time Trading Card Game. When not painting on a grand scale, he’s taking commissions and bringing other people’s visions to life. Carlos’ life work is a living example of what happens when someone loves what they do.
