Looking for a place to stay during the Festivities? The Pasco Red Lion may be the right spot for you! With some stunning views of the Convention as well as the lovely Winter Sunsets, the rooms found at the Red Lion are wonderfully furnished. Each room contains the usual amenities of various Bed Sizes, Bathroom, Miniature Fridge, and Microwave. Everything a Con-Goer needs to enjoy the weekend!

Room Rates & Requirements

The RadCon Guild Room Block has many rooms, typically reserved months in advance. As there is a likelihood rooms may become available, the Communications & Executive Board will notify the community through Social Media and other means. So don't wait!

Current Room Rates for a Regular Room, which span from Thursday afternoon through Monday morning, are $133 per night (before taxes). If you require a Suite, please contact the Hotel Liason for more information.

Additional Fees

Bed Removal: $30 per bed

Rollaway: $15 per bed

Stripped Room: $60

Pets: $35 per pet

Disclaimer: Any same-day requests will result in Doubling the Fee. Additional costs may be paid by the Hotel Guest listed on the room in question.

Room Request Information

In order to make your RadCon Experience the most  enjoyable, please contact the Hotel Liason if you have specific needs such as Location, Bed Size and Number of Beds, etcetera. Please include the Reservation Confirmation Number of the Reservation in question to ensure swift action on your behalf. The Pasco Red Lion may have Roll-Away Beds available for additional guests if you require them. Please check with the Hotel Liason for additional information.

ALL room requests will be accepted until November 1st, preceding the Convention. After this date, a Case-By-Case basis at the discretion of the Hotel Liason and Executive Board will determine appropriate accommodations. Disclaimer: You MAY request a particular room in the hotel, but there is no guarantee that you will be assigned to that particular room. Rooms are assigned based on the needs of the Convention, Hotel Guest requirements, and other factors.

Official Room Parties

Each year, attendees enjoy a wide variety of drinks from various Fan-Driven Party Rooms. These Room Parties can be found within Wing 2 of the Hotel. All Official Room Parties are subject to the Washington State Liquor Board. If YOU would like to entertain a diverse group of awesome people, please contact the Party Liaison. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on what Rules and Regulations must be followed as well as ordering Liquor for your EPIC Spot in the Party Wing. Unofficial Room Parties are subject to shutdown and removal at the discretion of Hotel Officials and other applicable Officials.
